Preferred Credentials: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred. Arrhythmia certification preferred.

Unit Details: Provides home health and hospice in-home care under the direction of an RN or MD. Performs sterile dressings, irrigations, cauterizations, phlebotomy, injections, drug screens, medication administration, patient teaching, and discharge planning. Provides functional direction to ancillary personnel.

Shift & Scheduling: Must work weekends and 3 days during the week. On-call duties will be assigned based on location and agency operational needs. If assigned by agency leadership, on-call duties are required.

Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.
