• Must have experience with wound vacs, ostomies, and wound care in general.

Unit Details:

• The role is direct patient care in the field.
• Common patient care includes wound care, wound vacs, new ostomies, post-surgical wounds, cardiac patients, CHF, pneumonia, IV antibiotics with PICC line care, and labs.
• No pediatric patients.
• Respiratory equipment includes oxygen and nebulizers. Patients may have CPAP, but clinicians do not typically manage it; no ventilators are used.
• The LVN workload follows a point system, with up to 7 routine visits per day.
• This assignment does not include hospice care.
• Charting is performed on a Samsung tablet, and a cell phone will be issued.

Shift & Scheduling:

• The schedule is Monday-Friday with no weekend or holiday shifts.
• No on-call or standby is required.
