Required Skills/Experience:
At least one year of recent HH LPN experience.
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.
Unit Details:
Territory: 4 large counties in our area, Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce. The need would be in any of those territories.
There is a productivity expectation of minimum 30 points per week with documentation needing to be completed by 10am the following day.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday schedule.
