Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience: Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.
Required Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program. Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission. Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).
Preferred Credentials: Masters degree in Nursing.

This information is necessary for your submission. All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval). Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer. Clinician must complete Additional skills section of resume with detailed description of patient pops and procedures worked for each work history.
Unit Details: Adult behavioral health department. Plans and develops programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitors patient care performance, assesses units with nurse managers, assists with corrective actions, and develops record-keeping systems for medication errors/counseling.
Shift & Scheduling: No on-call. Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
