Unit Details:

• Average 4-6 patient visits per day.
• Patient population primarily needs short-term therapy after hospitalization or a nursing home stay.
• Coverage area is within 50 miles of Fort Dodge, IA, averaging 200-250 miles per week.
• Weekly team meetings are virtual; monthly meetings are in person.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri.
• No weekends.
• No call.
• Summer holidays: required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
