Required Skills/Experience:
1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Special Requests:
Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Unit Details:
SNF and home health coverage is approximately 50/50 but may fluctuate.

Shift & Scheduling:
No on-call or call-back is available.
Flexible contract hours: 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts.
Work week: Sunday through Saturday.

Floating Requirements:
Occasional coverage to Hastings or Grand Island for SNF or home health may be needed.
