Required skills/experience: Current experience as the pharmacist for an oncology center of a hospital or infusion center. Oncology pharmacy experience required. Chemotherapy medication preparation required. Hazardous drug compounding experience required.
Required credentials: PharmD required
Shift & schedule requirements: Monday–Friday. Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation with pharmacy team.
