Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Shift & Scheduling: 70 +hours per four weeks on average but can vary more or less. One Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday shift. They do not need to be consecutive. Shifts on weekdays are 5-11 and 11p-7a Shifts on weekends and holidays are 7a-7p/7p-7a. Holiday rotation is required. Including the weekends surrounding the holidays.
Floating Requirements: Could be asked to float between 3 campuses (Saint Josephs, University, Midtown). Typically provided 1 day of notice due to scheduled cases. On call remains only at booked location.
