    Additional Details:

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • 2 years’ experience in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high-volume > 100,000 visit ED.
    • Previous HCA experience preferred.

    Unit Details:

    • Patient ratios: 4:1 typically - medical, up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds.
    • Tech support in the cardiac monitoring unit, internal processing area, and triage; unit clerks on days and nights.
    • Uses Baxter pumps and GE monitors.
    • Serves a multicultural community with over 120 languages in the zip code.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • Every other weekend.

    Floating Requirements:

    • No floating outside of the ED, but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.

    Details:

    • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
