Required Skills/Experience: Recent inpatient medical-surgical experience.
Unit and facility details: This role is specifically for caring for admitted boarder patients located within the Emergency Department. RNs are not expected to take regular ED patient assignments. Assignment will remain within the ED boarder care model. RNs may care for patients of varying acuity consistent with their skill set. If departmental or organizational needs change, RNs may be required to temporarily provide care in another unit within their clinical competency and skill set.
Shift & Scheduling: Agency RNs would be scheduled Sunday night through Thursday night. Scheduling pattern may include weekdays and/or weeknights based on coverage needs.
Other Requirements: 1 reference must be from the most recent place of employment.
