Required Skills/Experience:
Candidates must be proficient in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, gynecology, transplant, and cardiovascular.
3 years of scrub and circulating experience in the OR is required.
Transplant experience and an extensive/robust CV — at least 1 year of experience in both; hard stop.
Transplant experience is a hard stop.
Cardiovascular experience is a hard stop.

Required Credentials:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Shift & Scheduling:
Shift may be 4x10s or 3x12s.
On-call is estimated at 8 days during a 6-week schedule, with all call split evenly across RNFAs.
Kidney call rotation Monday through Friday 1800-0600.
Kidney call rotation Saturday and Sunday 24 hours 0600-0600.
Saturday and Sunday general call rotation 0700-1700.
Holiday general call rotation 0700-1700; no kidney call on holidays.
