Required Skills/Experience:
- Acute care hospital experience required; behavioral health experience does not apply.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Microsoft Office/Teams preferred.

Special Requests:
- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
- All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
- References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
- Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment of 5 days or less. No holiday RTO for auto offer.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Shift times may vary, but will be one of the following: 07:00-15:30, 07:30-16:00, 08:00-16:30, or 08:30-17:00.
- Monday-Friday business hours required; weekends required to meet department needs.
- No on-call required.
- Every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4 week schedule.
Floating Requirements:
- Float within case manager services to cover where there is a gap.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
