Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
Must have 4-5 years of OR RN or combined OR experience.
Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine, and neuro.
Circulate-only clinicians may be considered for other specialties if they are strong candidates.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Scrub experience preferred but not necessary.
Unit Details:
The role includes scrubbing and circulating in the CVOR and working in other specialties.
Shift & Scheduling:
Variable and rotating shifts based on need, with start times of 7a, 930a, 11a, or 1p.
On-call is 3-4 per month, including rotating weekend call and holidays; on-call is at least 1 weekend per month.
Report time is 30 minutes.
Mandatory overtime may be required on an as-needed basis to ensure unit coverage, with clinicians included in the unit's staff rotation pool.
