Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years minimum of Labor and Delivery/Perinatal experience in high volume delivery service.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 3-5 years of Perinatal clinical experience in high volume delivery service preferred.

Required Credentials:

• Driver's License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
• Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization, and only 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization, and only 2 attempts allowed.

Preferred Credentials:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Unit Details:

• Level IV maternal designation; academic teaching service with large private OB practices; high-risk, fast-paced delivery service performing over 500+ deliveries per month with 24 hour in-house Attending OB coverage, anesthesia coverage and NICU coverage. Perinatal Transport Program.
