Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Special Requests:
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Parking costs $15+/day, or monthly passes range from $95 - $120 for on- and off-campus garages and lots.

Required Skills/Experience:
Must be trained in CRRT.

Unit Details:
8A and 8B are high-acuity units.
Patients include heart and lung transplant patients and LVAD patients in C8A; C8B handles CABG and valve surgeries.
RNs titrate drips.
Common drips include all vasoactive drips for cardiac patients.
The unit uses an intensivist model.
Respiratory therapy manages ventilators, CPAP, and BiPAP equipment.
The unit uses hardwire monitoring.
Devices encountered include LVAD, CRRT/SLED, Impella, and IABP.

Shift & Scheduling:
Candidates need to be flexible on scheduling.
Schedules are based on unit needs.
6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks are required.
Any holiday the clinician is willing to work may be scheduled.
There is no call or standby requirement.

Floating Requirements:
Clinicians are first to float out depending on competency.
