Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: Strong ambulatory nursing experience
Experience coordinating pre- and post-transplant care, reviewing labs, patient education, triage, multidisciplinary coordination, and managing medically complex patients
Preferred Skills / Experience: 3+years of transplant coordinator experience
Experience with kidney transplant population
Unit / Facility Details: References: Manager or Charge; no Supervisor
Special Requests: Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.
Nurses Only - BMC does not have telemetry technicians. Candidates are required to take and pass an advanced Dysrhythmia exam after an offer is extended and before accepting (within 48 hours of offer). 2 attempts to pass. Passing score is an 80% or the minimum of the angoff score. Will accept a previously completed exam if it’s within 1 year of start date. Will also take a tele test day 1 of orientation.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday–Friday, variable shift 7:30-5p
No major holidays. No Weekends
