RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required skills/experience: Cardiology and ICU exp. 2 Ambulatory VAD Management Required. 2 years cardiac ICU or CTICU experience with VAD management required or 2 years ambulatory VAD management required.
Preferred skills/experience: Experience managing VAD outpatient preferred.
Floating requirements: Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.
