Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Strong ENT and neuro experience.
Required Credentials: Basic Medication Exam required. CVOR competency exam required.
Unit Details: RN candidates may perform charge duties on any off shift (nights, weekends, and/or holidays).
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend shifts are done in an alphabetical rotation. The assigned weekend shift can be days or nights. 4-6 late/call requirement per 6 week schedule: 1-2 lates per week, 1 overnight call: 11p-7a, and up to 24 hours of weekend call in a 6 week schedule block. One major and two minor holidays, day or night shift.
Floating Requirements: Could be asked to float between 3 campuses (Saint Josephs, University, Midtown). Typically provided 1 day of notice due to scheduled cases. On-call remains only at the booked location.
