Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.
Required Credentials:
- Associate degree in nursing required.
- SECURE on site required.
- No temporary licenses accepted.
- All RNs are required to complete a Cardiac Exam during onboarding. RNs are allowed two attempts and must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass prior to clearance. ICU and ED RNs will also be required to take an on-site test in addition to the online pre-test.
Unit Details:
- Provides emergency care to all age groups.
- Level III Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center.
- Nurse to patient ratios range from 1:1 for critical/trauma patients to 1:3-4 for all other patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
- Holidays as required.
- Every other weekend.
