    Additional Information

    Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

    Required Skills/Experience 6 months Med Surg experience in the past year. Able to function independently in the ER and function in the Med Surg unit with up to 5 patients.

    Special Requests Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Previous Sanford Health employment requires an end date at least 6 months before submission. Previous employment with any Good Samaritan Society or Marshfield Clinic Health System location also requires a full 6 months off. Must disclose previous employment within the submission for a DNU check.

    Unit Details Provides Med Surg and ER nursing care. Uses Sanford One Charge and Pyxis. Med Surg ratio typically 3 to 4:1, depending on census and acuity.

    Shift & Scheduling Every other weekend and holiday. 1 call shift required in a 13 week contract.

    Floating Requirements Will float between ER and Med Surg.
