Required Skills/Experience:
- Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
- Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience, post-orientation.
Unit Details:
- Large, high-acuity emergency care unit.
- Patient population is highly diverse, ranging from behavioral health and boarding patients to critically ill/ICU-level patients.
- Mixed acuity: behavioral health, boarding patients, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level care.
- Nurses must be comfortable managing complex and unstable patients.
- Dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 3x12 or 4x12 available.
