Interview Availability must include Date/Day & Time. Do not put "Anytime". You must complete and upload the following items within 48 hours of signing your contract: • Government issued photo ID • 2 references (1 from experience in last 6 months; 1 from experience in the last 12 months) • Job description form (this will be sent to you via Docusign)
Required Skills/Experience: • 2+ years recent Endoscopy experience.
Required Credentials: • NIHSS must be completed through https://www.nihstrokescale.org/ • Nurses only: Basic EKG test, as applicable per specialty (scoring about 85% or higher).
Special Requests: • Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted; must be willing to work the facility schedule. • Candidates may request off the equivalent of 1 week of their contracted hours, in up to a 7-day time block or as separate dates totaling those hours. A 40-hour/week contract allows 40 hours off. • All gaps over 30 days must be clearly explained.
Shift & Scheduling: • Monday-Friday. • No call.
