Additional Details:
Required skills/experience: 2 years experience with chemo admin required. Experience accessing and deaccessing IVADs, Experience with PICC lines, Experience starting peripheral IVs, Experience with Alaris infusion pumps.
Required credentials: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
Shift & schedule requirements: Every 3rd Saturday requirement. Infusion room will be closed 05/23, 05/25, 07/03-04, 09/05, 09/07, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.
Floating requirements: May float to Peabody. Floating is done by date of last float. It is rare to float, but it is a possibility based on staffing needs.
Special request requirements: RTO not requested at the time of submission will not be approved.
Unit and facility details: BIDMC infusion room at LHMC.
