Required Credentials:
Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; passing score of at least 80%, with only two attempts permitted; update every 3 years.
Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; complete prior to the first assignment and update every 3 years thereafter in the specialty; minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Core Competencies Exam required during onboarding; covers HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA topics; complete within a year of start and update every 3 years; minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only 2 attempts allowed.
Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
Candidates must have been separated from employment for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.

The ICU sees a high behavioral health population.
