Previous Employment Requirements: At least (1) contract in a MICU with an institution with 500+ beds
Required Skills/Experience: Current Surgical ICU Experience- 2 years
Preferred Credentials: Critical Care Certification, Trauma course
Unit/Facility Details: High acuity ICU patient population with complex medical diagnoses: end stage renal & hepatic disease, multisystem organ failure, newly diagnosed or existing autoimmune & pulmonary disorders, the critically ill antepartum/ postpartum patient, the critically ill oncology patient, MSOF, ARDS, ESLD, ESRD, DIC, Sepsis, IVDU, HIV, CHF, lung transplant
Special Requests: Holiday requirement: holidays as needed/Every other
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend: 3 out of 6 weekends per 6-week schedule
