Required Skills/Experience:
Please note that Lovelace Health System does expect that RN’s can start their own IV’s. Please ensure that any RN’s submitted have this skill set.

Special Requests:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
All positions at Lovelace Health Facilities require New Mexico fingerprinting to be completed before their start date. This means fingerprint results will need to be obtained before the facility compliance deadline. Failure to fully complete the fingerprint requirement within three business days of accepting an assignment at Lovelace may lead to delayed results from the New Mexico DOH. In the event results are delayed, the facility may choose to push the clinician's start date until results are in.
Please remember that Lovelace is not accepting excessive RTO requests.

Unit Details:
Adult patient population.
Cares for ARDS, sepsis, CHF, overdose, post-op complications, OB pre- and post-patients, DKA, GI bleeds, surgical high-risk patients, and dialysis/CRRT/HD/PF patients. OB team does FHM from L&D. Unit performs CRRT; Davita does HD/PD.
Patient ratios: ICU 1:2, IMC 1:4.

Shift & Scheduling:
Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Weekends required.
