You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:
At least 2 years of RN experience in med/surg required.
First-time travelers must have at least 3 years of experience in a hybrid unit.
Experience with mixed-acuity PCU, telemetry, and occasional ICU patients is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.
One year of recent high-level telemetry experience is preferred due to the unit's mixed acuity.
Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Mixed-acuity unit caring for PCU, medical-surgical, and telemetry patients, including occasional ICU patients; ratios vary by acuity, and RNs care for all acuity types.
A solid PCU foundation is needed for success in this blended unit.
Medical-cardiac/respiratory, basic orthopedic (knees/hips), and general surgery patient populations.
Ventilators are used occasionally.
Barcode scanning must be 95% to be eligible for an extension; less than 95% could result in cancellation.
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend rotation.
Every other holiday.
Standby call required as needed.
A 4x12 schedule will be considered if the clinician works more weekends.
