Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Nurse or Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Nurse.

Required Credentials:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.

Unit Details:
Care is provided to critically ill medical and surgical patients undergoing invasive procedures under fluoroscopy and general X-ray.
The role assists with invasive procedures in Interventional Radiology, endovascular surgery, and neurosurgical interventional specialties.
The assignment includes moderate sedation administration, pre-/post-procedural care and management, groin care and management, hemodynamic monitoring, and pre-/post-procedural education.
The patient population includes hemodialysis patients requiring fistula care and management, and the case mix includes diagnostic and interventional peripheral vascular procedures.

Shift & Scheduling:
The schedule is Monday-Friday, with a flex day off based on departmental needs.
No call.
No weekends.

Floating Requirements:
Floating is as needed.
