Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 plus yrs of current LTACH experience required.
- MS/Tele or ICU experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Community hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details:
- Adult and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12).
- Every other weekend required.
Special Requests:
- Travel pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit.
- Must reside at least 75 miles from facility; locals not accepted.
- Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of an offer.
- Cannot apply to more than one job at a time.
