Required Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in orthopedic total joint surgeries and fracture care is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• CPM preferred.
• Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.

Required Credentials:

• No medical marijuana cards accepted.

Special Requests:

• RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.
• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.
• Patient population includes orthopedic surgery/total joint and stable fracture patients, nonsurgical orthopedic patients, neurosurgery patients, pain management, and medical-surgical patients.
• Unit performs total joint and neurosurgeries.

Shift & Scheduling:

• BJC policy: Every other weekend required.
• No call.
• RTO: No more than 7 days.
• Flexible contract hours: 36 hours per week for 3-12s or 48 hours per week for 4-12s.

Floating Requirements:

• Float within the service line to meet facility needs; floating may include any unit, with competencies to practice at Memorial Belleville/Memorial East (Shiloh) as needed.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
