Special Requests:
- RTO: None allowed.
Unit Details:
- Uses Pyxis and PowerChart.
- Primary RN inserts IVs; PICC/vascular access team is available during the day as a resource for difficult IV starts and for PICC and midline insertions.
- No lift team.
- 24/7 pharmacy and phlebotomy support.
- Transporters are available, but nurses may need to transport patients at times.
- Unit secretary coverage 0600-2230.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
- Call required: placed on call if excessive staffing or low patient census.
- Weekend coverage scheduled based on need.
Floating Requirements:
- You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
