Special Requests: In addition to a valid driver's license, you must include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name, match the address on your driver's license, and be issued within the last 3 months. Accepted proof-of-address documents: • Cell phone bill • Electric, gas, water, sewer, or Wi-Fi bill • Mortgage statement or lease agreement No other documents will be accepted.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Primarily renal patients with a wide range of renal conditions. Staffing ratios: 1:5 on days; 1:6 on nights and weekends.
Shift & Scheduling: RTO: 5 days or less. Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: Float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities; occasional, depending on staffing/census.
