- Previous oncology patient navigation/care coordination experience required.
- Oncology infusion experience required.
Unit Details:
- Oncology nurse navigator role in an outpatient oncology program.
- Coordinates patient care from diagnosis through treatment.
- Provides education and support to patients and families.
- Collaborates with providers, pharmacy, infusion staff, and ancillary departments.
- Occasional chemotherapy infusions may be required.
- Uses Epic Beacon.
