References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience:
Must be proficient in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology.
3 years of experience in scrubbing and circulating as an RN in the OR required.

Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Shift & Scheduling:
Will accept 4x10s or 3x12s.
