Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have experience with general, ortho, OB/GYN, urology, podiatry, and cardiology cases (pacemakers, lead revisions, etc.), plus Pre-surgery and PACU.
Special Requests:
- At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
- Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well.
- Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
- If previously worked with Marshfield, end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission.
- Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility.
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Unit Details:
- Common cases: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, Cardiology (pacemakers, lead revisions, etc.).
- Scrubbing not required for RNs.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Day shifts start between 0545 and 0900 and end between 1345 and 1700, plus call.
- Call includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays, rotated through trained RNs.
- Must be ready to make incision within 30 minutes or less for STAT cases.
Floating Requirements:
- RNs also cover Pre-surgery/PATT and PACU.
