Additional Details:
Must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Special Requests: RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe. No medical marijuana cards accepted. No local candidates accepted within 75 miles.
Unit Details: Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Patient population includes ortho, podiatry, plastic, general, ENT, and GYN; no cardiac or neuro. Pre/post operative care also. Staffing ratios: Days 1:3, Nights 1:2, Weekends 1:2.
Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. Rotating 10-hour shifts: 0700-1730 and 0730-1800, Mon-Fri. Call required: 1 night/week and 1 weekend every 5-8 weeks. RTO limit: 7 days.
Floating Requirements: Will float within scope to meet facility needs.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
