Additional Details:
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have Charge Experience
Shift & Scheduling:
every other weekend, rotating holidays; Potential Charge shifts. No on call
Call Off Process: Call offs should be done through the hospital supervisor at 304-264-1000 x231782, minimally 2 hours prior to the start of the shift.
Weekend/holidays: Every other weekend is required. Day shift is Saturday/Sunday and night shift is Friday/Saturday. Every other holiday - Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
Floating Requirements: Floating may occur to a comparable unit or lower level unit (telemetry or med/surg). Occasionally staff are pulled to help with ADMITTED boarded patients in the emergency department or floor/tele patients housed in the ICU.
