Special Requests:
- Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Phlebotomy, IV starts, EKG, tele monitoring, and cardioversion experience required.
Unit Details:
- Patient ratios: 5:1 MS; 1:1-1:3 ICU (more of a step-down unit); IMC 1:2-1:4.
- Common diagnoses include COPD, pneumonia, AFib RVR, DKA, CIWA, and cardiac patients.
- RNs titrate drips including pressors, insulin, anticoagulants, epinephrine, norepinephrine, vasopressin, and angiotensin-II.
- RNs are required to read their own strips.
- Charge nurse takes assignments; house supervisor on site.
- Cares for patients requiring CPAP, BiPAP, high flow, and ventilator support; RT coverage 22hrs/7.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flex weekends and holidays.
- No self-scheduling.
- If low census, clinicians may be placed on low needs.
Floating Requirements:
- Possible to float to the ED as a helping hand during code/trauma if assigned to the code team.
