Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Cerner Test-Out required during onboarding; training checklist with signed attestation required.
Unit Details: Inserts peripherally placed central venous catheters, central lines, midlines, and peripheral I.V. catheters. Serves as a resource regarding insertion and maintenance of peripherally inserted catheters, vascular access device products, and procedures. Provides instruction and information to staff, patients, and their families regarding use and care of peripherally inserted catheters, midlines, central lines, and peripheral I.V.s.
