Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: Prior travel experience required but we may be able to screen for strong 1st time travelers
Preferred Skills / Experience: 400+bed or level 2 trauma exp
Required Credentials: All RNs will be required to take and pass a “pre assignment Basic and Advanced Dysrhythmia (rhythm Strip) test and RNs should be prepared, passing score is 80%
Special Requests: Candidates who have 2+ years of experience, 3 days or less RTO and who can start on date posted in the position can be auto-offered.
NMMC needs complete availability and flexibility with scheduling. This is non-negotiable. HCP is expected to maintain their contracted position at NMMC as the primary commitment above any other type of work.
Shift & Scheduling: 0645-1908 - Mon, Th, Fri and Tu or Wed, Sat, Sun; Shift could also be 36/48 split (Mon, Th, Fri, and Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun)
No on call.
Weekend and holiday requirements
Hcp will be scheduled based upon need.
No self-scheduling

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
