You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 1 year Pediatric GI or GI nursing experience.
- Minimum two years of pediatric nursing experience.
- Phone triage required.
- Care coordination required.
- Knowledge of GI procedures and clinic duties.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Pediatric GI clinic experience would be helpful.
Unit Details:
- Infant, pediatric, and adolescent patient population.
- Includes adult care transition services, nutrition services, psychology services, GI diagnostic and treatment testing, endoscopy, and inbasket work in Epic.
- Cares for patients with aerodigestive conditions, celiac disease, GERD, gut-brain interaction disorders including irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal pain, and functional dyspepsia, inflammatory bowel disease including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, liver disease and hepatitis, and pancreatic disorders.
