You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:
2 years of acute care BMT/Heme experience and chemotherapy administration experience are required, but an RN with 1.5 years of experience may be considered for screening.
While additional support is provided, candidates must be comfortable with and have prior experience working in environments with flexible staffing ratios.

Unit Details:
Adult patients with blood cancers receive chemo/biotherapies and cellular therapies such as stem cell transplants and CAR-T.
Nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs.

Shift & Scheduling:
Days of the week: Various days.
Weekend requirement: Yes per unit needs.
No call.

Floating Requirements:
Float between the BMT/Onc and CTU units to meet facility needs.
May float to sister facilities based on facility needs (metro region).
