    Additional Details:

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Must have MS and inpatient hematology oncology experience in checklist (1 year minimum).
    • Must have at least 1 year hematology oncology experience in work history and checklist.
    • Must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years. However, must have at least 1 year of current specialty experience for a clinical pass.
    • Must have experience with leukemia/blood dyscrasias, lymphoma/Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. -Skills Required: • MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry) • Telemetry monitoring • Interpretation of dysrhythmias • Use of Rapid Response Teams • Feeding tube care and management • Blood product administration • Central line blood draw • Peripheral line care/management • PICC line management • Nasal cannula administration • Central line sterile dressing changes • Chemotherapy administration

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Heme Onc experience is strongly preferred.

    Required Credentials:

    • Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

    Special Requests:

    • References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
    • You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
    • Cannot apply to any James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities if you have an active application to any Ohio State University facilities.
    • Mixed acuity PCU and MS unit.
    • Unit performs autologous, syngeneic, and allogeneic transplants and CAR-T therapy.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • Weekend shifts are variable based on unit needs.

    Floating Requirements:

    • May float to other MedSurg Oncology units.

    • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
