Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years of recent ICU experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Prior burn care experience is not required but is a plus.
Unit Details:
- Each institution performs burn resuscitation differently based on FFP and albumin availability and protocols; orientation will be provided to the nurse-driven resuscitation protocol.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Orientation typically occurs on Tuesday or Wednesday each week.
- Every other weekend.
- Holidays as needed.
- No on-call.
- No more than 7 days of RTO.
Floating Requirements:
- Willing to float to other ICUs, PCU, MedSurg/Tele, and ED Boarding if needed.
