Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
- Strong ENT and neuro experience.
Special Requests:
- Only 1 week of vacation time will be considered within a single contract.
Unit Details:
- RN candidates may perform charge duties on any off shift (nights, weekends, and/or holidays).
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend shifts are done in an alphabetical rotation.
- The assigned weekend shift can be days or nights.
- 4-6 late/call requirements per 6 week schedule: 1-2 lates per week, 1 overnight call: 11p-7a, and up to 24 hours of weekend call in a 6 week schedule block.
- One major and two minor holidays, day or night shift.
Floating Requirements:
- May be asked to float between 3 campuses (Saint Josephs, University, Midtown). Typically provided 1 day of notice due to scheduled cases. On call remains only at booked location.
