Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years Cath Lab or EP experience required.
- CN, ANM, or NM background of at least 6 months.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in both Cath Lab and EP preferred.
Preferred Credentials:
- Master's degree is a plus and will be needed if transitioning to permanent position.
Special Requests:
- RTO reviewed by director.
Unit Details:
- Adult patients; 20-25 cases per day plus add-on cases.
- 10-15 STEMIs per month.
- Includes reviewing scheduling, physician communication, and stepping into the lab as needed.
- Uses Plum ICU Medical IV pumps, Omnicell, McKesson hemodynamic system, and GE and Siemens C-Arms.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri; cases start at 730am and end at 8pm. Expected 8-hour workday within this time.
- Weekend rotation: Saturday team for emergency call.
- On-call via phone tree; training provided; shared responsibility.
- Holiday expectations: available for problem-solving calls with team and providers.
Floating Requirements:
- Covers Jewish/Heart and University sites; walkable between facilities.
- Shift coordination for both sites.
