Skills Checklist: cannot contain any N/As, all lines must have a numerical rating.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Critical care experience in ICU or ED preferred.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Provides care for cardiac cath with intervention, device implants, peripheral vascular, stroke, structural heart, and STEMI patients. Must be comfortable administering conscious sedation and completing nursing assessments. Uses CUPID, GE MAC LAB, EKOS, balloon pumps, IMPELLA, Angiovac, FFR, and IVUS.
Shift & Scheduling: On-call every 2-3 weekends and 1 night per week. May be the only RN on call as part of a 4-person call team plus MD.
