    Additional Details:

    In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license.

    Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

    Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Specialty Exam and Ascension EKG Exam are required; minimum 80% passing score or national benchmark where applicable, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Epic Test-Out is required.

    Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.

    Unit Details: May help with monitoring cases if needed.

    Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12-hour schedule have the option of a 36- or 48-hour work week. Monday-Friday schedule. Call based on department needs, currently 1-2 weekdays, every 2nd or 3rd weekend, and rotating holiday call with regular staff.

    Floating Requirements: Will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles to fulfill scheduled hours each week.
