Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum 1 year of current hospital Peds CVOR RN experience.
Cardiac/open-heart surgery experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Pediatrics experience preferred.
Cardiac experience preferred.
Ability to function in multiple service lines preferred.

Unit Details:
Patient ratio is estimated at 1:1 and is never guaranteed.
Belmont Rapid Fusion is used.
CPN is used as an EMR.
Common procedures/cases include orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac cases.
Responsibilities include managing the operating room, assisting surgeons, monitoring vital signs, and providing pre- and post-operative care.

Shift & Scheduling:
Night shift coverage is provided by an on-call team.
