Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Special Requests:
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
If previously employed by Sanford Health, the clinician must have an end date 6 months prior to the submission date.

Unit Details:
The RN will independently circulate rooms for cardiovascular cases in the OR.
The unit uses Optime.
The OR is very busy.

Shift & Scheduling:
Shift may be 8s or 10s.
Off-site call is required on a rotating basis; the RN will not be required to work alone while on call, as other OR staff will be in-house to support them.

Floating Requirements:
Will also float to other ORs.
Will assist with cases for other specialties they have experience with as needed when CV cases are not scheduled.
