Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Midas experience preferred.
- HCA case management experience preferred.
- Prior HCA hospital experience preferred.
Unit Details:
- Supports CPCU and PCU step-down units.
- Performs case management assessments and discharge planning.
- Uses Midas.
- Works closely with consistent physicians and mid-levels.
- CPCU is a cardiac step-down unit with CABG and TAVR patients; some post-acute placements, with many discharges to home with cardiac rehab.
- PCU is a medical step-down unit with a variety of patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri.
- No weekends required.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
