Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years RN home health.
Special Requests: Should approval of RTO go through manager or will you allow the interviewing team (if applicable) to approve time off on your behalf? RTO team can but update manager.
Shift & Scheduling:
- On Call, Call Back Requirements: On call one night week and alternating weekend on call.
- Weekend Rotation: Back up on weekends rotation
- Mon thru Fri.
Floating Requirements: We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide home health services to patients throughout the Fox Valley and Oshkosh areas.
