Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 12 months of Hospice or Home Health experience within the past 3 years.
Shift & Scheduling: 7 On and 7 Off On Call: Monday thru Thursday 5pm to 8am and then Friday 5pm to Monday 8am, there is a second nurse on call with them on the weekends.
